Bob founded Robert C. Davis and Associates (RCDA) in 1977 and has spent nearly 40 years improving sales, retention, and customer service performance in contact centers across a wide range of industries.
His work consistently drives measurable gains by strengthening behaviors at every level—from frontline sales, retention, and customer service representatives to supervisors and senior leadership.
Known for delivering results quickly, Bob partners with organizations to build teams of champions who can sustain performance improvements long after the engagement ends. RCDA’s track record reflects this impact.
In 2014, Bob authored The Quality Conversation, based on RCDA’s proprietary methodology of the same name. The book explores the principles behind exceptional sales, retention, and service performance, drawing from Bob’s professional and personal experience and the approach he has shared for decades with companies across multiple industries and thousands of participants in the U.S. and abroad.
